Reps successfully completes the relocation of AJ Gallagher to The Walbrook Building
Reps Limited, the Real Estate Project Solutions provider, today announces that it has successfully completed the relocation of AJ Gallagher to their new office space in the Walbrook Building. Gallagher’s have taken the first floor of the building to house 650 staff. The broker hired Reps to help it prepare for the move, manage the relocation itself and to ensure staff could resume Business as Usual the very next day.
David Ross, CEO, AJ Gallagher said: “Jerry and Caroline from Reps have taken our real estate procurement to a whole new level of professionalism. As Directors of our London Relocation
Programme they led a multi-disciplinary project team that worked tirelessly to relocate 650 of our people into our new London headquarters as the first major tenants of the prestigious
Walbrook Building. The success of this move was self-evident and passed the biggest test there is: within 30 minutes everyone was fully operational and everything worked just as it should.”
Jerry Williams, Reps Ltd commented: “The Walbrook Building is a prestigious address right in the heart of the City and near the Lloyd’s Building. The offices create the right impression for the Company’s employees and clients. It also delivers everything they want in terms of their vision of a new space. We negotiated the right terms to ensure the relocation represented good value.”
Caroline Pearce-Browne, Reps Ltd added: “The transition to the new offices was completed smoothly and within the project timeline and cost analysis. We are delighted to be continuing with
the second phase of Gallagher’s relocation. We are now helping them with further expansion into the 2nd floor of the Walbrook Building, with their recent acquisition of another 35,000sq.ft of prime real estate.”
