AJ Gallagher wins BCO award for best fit-out at the Walbrook Building
Reps Limited, the Real Estate Project Solutions provider, today announced that its international insurance broker client, AJ Gallagher, has won an award for Best Fit-Out of New Office for London and the South-East for the Foster-designed Walbrook Building. The category awards a space, or spaces, within a building that demonstrate a high quality of interior fit-out. The British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards recognise excellence in the top quality design and functionality of office space, acknowledges innovation and focuses on external attention on examples of best practice.
The Award has been won by Interior Designer, Scott Brownrigg, and their team of specialists including Reps in their capacity as Client Project Representative. Reps acted for AJ Gallagher from project inception; working with the agents to identify the correct premises, negotiating with the lawyers for the lease, appointing the professional team and managing the design and procurement process. Reps managed all of the client side processes including move managers, change management and operational readiness.
The scheme will now go on to compete in the National BCO Awards, held on the 7th October at Grosvenor House.
