British Council for Offices Awards Reps Client “Best Fit-Out”
Reps Limited, the Real Estate Project Solutions provider, today announced that the office space of its international insurance broker client, AJ Gallagher, has won a national award for Best Fit-Out of New Office in the Foster-designed Walbrook Building. The category awards a space, or spaces, within a building that demonstrate a high quality of interior fit-out. The British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards recognises excellence in the top quality design and functionality of office space, acknowledges innovation and focuses on external attention on examples of best practice.
Reps involved from project inception
Interior Designer, Scott Brownrigg, and their team of specialists including Reps in their capacity as Client Project Representative, have won the award. Reps acted for AJ Gallagher from project inception; working with the agents to identify the correct premises, negotiating with the lawyers for the lease, appointing the professional team and managing the design and procurement process. Reps managed all of the client side processes including move managers, change management and operational readiness.
