With 13 years experience in organisational change, regulatory, M&A and corporate relocation across a diverse range of business, IT and transformation projects, her expertise is demonstrated through the completion of a number of highly successful assignments.

Caroline’s recent work in the Real Estate sphere includes the fit out and relocation of the International Head Office of an American Insurance Broker, the separation of the UK Branch of a Global Bank to result in two separate banking entities and the de-merger of a Financial Services Group into 3 separate businesses.
